The 2023 irrigation schedule is available.
Sorry for the delay in getting these posted. Here are the minutes from the 2022 Annual Meeting.
Here is the irrigation schedule for the 2021 year that was included in the mailing sent this month from the board. Please review and ensure that you are watering during your assigned period.
Neighbors, we hope that this message finds you well and healthy. Due to the ongoing pandemic and restrictions on gatherings, the board has decided to forego the annual meeting again this year. We will be sending out a packet in the next couple of weeks with the current year watering schedule, as well as the HOA’s financial statement and the invoice for the 2021 dues (which remain at $45, and will be due July 1st).
Keene Village Home Owners Association is looking for mowers to mow and edge the pump lot this summer.
- Do you need some extra cash this summer?
- Do you live in Keene Village?
- Do you have access to a mower and an edger (not provided by the association)?
- Are you at least 12 years of age?
Then you can request that your name to be placed on the list of mowers by sending an email to pumplotcoordinator at keenevillage dot org. The payment is $25 per mowing, $5 for the edging, is rotated amongst the mowers who have signed up. Typically, the mowing and edging is done on a weekly basis. Parental authorization is required for all mowers who are less than 18 years of age.
With the cancellation of the annual meeting, the board sent out a supplemental mailing that contains the watering schedule for 2020, as well as the dues notice for the year.
Due to the recent information coming out about the Covid-19 virus, and the fact that several of the board members are unable to attend the meeting, we have cancelled the Annual Meeting scheduled for the 14th of March. We may reschedule it for later in the year. Thank you for your understanding.

We hope to see you all there!
You may have noticed that the pump lot lawn is having problems. We had a work party on the 3rd to evaluate the existing sprinklers, and to run some hoses with sprinklers to water the lot in until we could organize a group to replace the non-functional sprinkers on the lot. Thanks to Dave Shea, Paul Ziemer, Vern Jackson, Joe Plaisted, and Nathan Tenney for their work last weekend. As a result of our evaluation, we are having a sprinkler replacement party at the Pump Lot this weekend, August 10th starting at 7 am. We have around 15 sprinklers to replace, so we’d love to have as many people as possible to help out. If you can be there, bring a shovel. Thank you for your assistance.
Just to recap:
- When: Saturday, August 10th, 7 am
- Where: Pump Lot
- What: Work party to replace 15 non-functional sprinklers. If you have them, bring shovels (both gardening and regular).
